Effective August 1, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Wrench® TotalCareSM vehicle maintenance membership (“Membership”) offered for sale through MobileMechanicNow.com. The Membership is administered and fulfilled by Wrench, Inc. (“Wrench”), and distributed by Secure Private Sale Solutions LLC (“SPS”), a licensed automotive dealer and authorized reseller. By purchasing or using this Membership, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Scope of Coverage
Wrench® TotalCareSM is a prepaid vehicle maintenance program that brings certified technicians to your location for routine service. It is designed to simplify vehicle upkeep by offering scheduled services and valuable discounts. Membership benefits include:
- Brake Pads & Installation (front and rear) – limit one (1) per term; excludes rotors, calipers, fluids.
- Mobile Oil Changes – limit two (2) per year per manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
- 50-Point Inspections – limit two (2) per year.
- Tire Rotation – limit one (1) per year.
- Battery Install (Labor Only) – limit one (1) per year; battery not included.
- 10% off Batteries
- 10% off Wrench labor (repairs over $150)
- 15% off Pre-Purchase Used Car Inspections – max two (2) per year.
- 10% off Firestone® Auto Care services
- 10% off tires through Bridgestone
2. Eligibility
The Membership is valid only for vehicles that meet Wrench’s eligibility criteria. Exotic, classic, diesel-powered, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles may be excluded. It is your responsibility to ensure vehicle eligibility before purchase. Neither SPS nor Wrench is liable for services not rendered due to ineligible vehicles.
3. Service Requirements and Limitations
- All services must be booked through and performed by Wrench or its affiliates.
- All products for discounted services must be purchased through Wrench or its affiliates.
- Services must be used within the 12-month term from the Membership start date and do not roll over into subsequent years.
- Discounts may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Wrench reserves the right to refuse service in locations it deems unsafe (e.g., roadsides, steep driveways, etc.).
- Wrench® TotalCareSM services are performed by ASE-certified or equivalent technicians in Wrench’s nationwide network. Technician availability and certification may vary by location. MobileMechanicNow.com is an authorized reseller and does not employ or oversee service providers.
4. Waiting Period
There is a 60-day waiting period from the purchase date before services may be scheduled. After 60 days, services can be redeemed and scheduled via www.wrench.com. Unused benefits expire after 12 months from the purchase date.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel the Membership as follows:
- Within 60 days: Full refund if no services have been used (“Claim”).
- After 60 days or after a Claim: Refund will be calculated pro-rata, less a $50 cancellation fee, unless Wrench is unable to service your area.
To cancel, you must submit:
- A copy of your Membership agreement;
- A signed written request to cancel;
- Odometer reading affidavit;
- Proof of loan payoff (if applicable).
Refunds will be issued to the Contract Holder or Lienholder, as appropriate. SPS only processes refunds for memberships purchased directly through SPS.
6. Third-Party Sales Disclaimer
SPS is an authorized reseller only. SPS does not perform or supervise maintenance services. All scheduling, service execution, technician availability, and warranties are the sole responsibility of Wrench.
By purchasing through SPS, you agree:
- SPS is not liable for service outcomes, delays, or technician performance.
- All service-related inquiries must go to Wrench directly.
- SPS may assist only with billing, cancellation, or refund status if purchased via SPS.
7. Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold SPS harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the use of Wrench services, including personal injury, property damage, or service dissatisfaction. Wrench’s services are governed by their own warranty policy at www.wrench.com/warranty.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between you and SPS relating to your purchase or this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Santa Clara County, California. You waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action.
9. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Circumvent Wrench’s scheduling or pricing policies;
- Make separate payment arrangements with Wrench technicians;
- Misrepresent your identity or vehicle information;
- Resell or transfer the Membership without permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of Membership without refund.
10. Communication & Consent
By purchasing this Membership, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, SMS, or phone. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use this Service.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted at www.mobilemechanicnow.com. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
